Let's Talk Details
All of my packages include the following:
- Unlimited communication, via email, phone, text, video chat and/or in-person meetings
- Monthly check-ins, usually in person or via a phone call, to keep all of us on the same page
- Advice, tips and suggestions on anything wedding related
- Creation and maintence of the day-of timeline
- Assistance with setup of your ceremony space, any decor you have (signage, welcome table, memorial table, guestbook table, favors, gifts and cards, etc), flowers and centerpieces, food and drink areas (working with your catering team), and reception area (toasts, cake or dessert, party favors, late night snacks, etc)
My contract & payment process:
- Once we've settled on a package that fits your needs, I'll send you a contract that lists the details of your package. You review and sign. A contract serves both of us!
- Next, you'll get an invoice with the total payment listed. Your first payment is a retainer of $300 that reserves your date on my calendar and pays me for initial work. It is part of the full payment, not in addition to it.
- We establish whether you'd like to make quarterly payments (divided into four equal payments), monthly payments (divided by how many months until your wedding date), or a payment in full (due 4 weeks before the wedding date).
Travel Fees
I want the pricing process to be fair and transparent. Here's how travel is handled when your wedding is outside my home area:
- Mileage: $50 flat fee for any event over 60 miles away; $100 flat fee for any event between 60-120 miles away; $200 flat fee for any event over 120 miles away.
- Accommodations: If your wedding is more than two hours away or spans multiple days, I'll ask you to cover overnight lodging (typically $150–$200/night, depending on location [i.e. downtown Portland is more expensive than suburban Portland])
- These fees are added to your total invoice—not surprise additions later.
Elevate Your Experience with Thoughtful Extras
My add-on offerings are designed for moments when you'd love a little extra support — from visual inspiration to behind-the-scenes magic — so you can focus on truly enjoying your day, not managing every detail.

We weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator for the wedding, but it ended up being a must needed service! It took the pressure off of the day of the wedding, so we could relax. Erin was easy to work with, and I loved her expertise and friendliness. She was professional, but friendly. Her service allowed us to enjoy the day, without worrying about the flow of the day. Erin was amazing! I would highly recommend her!

Erin is so personable, professional, and so fun to work with! I photographed one of the weddings she coordinated and I was blown away by her talent and efforts. Everything she did was meticulously planned out and stunningly beautiful. Our clients had a day that was stress free and beautifully put together all thanks to Erin. If you want a dedicated wedding coordinator who embodies your story and puts all of her efforts to making your dreams come true, do not hesitate and book her immediately.

Erin is SO professional. She has the best connections and has amazing relationships with a vast number of vendors. That is so valuable. Not only did we get good deals from those connections, we got vendors that really were top notch. Erin only works with the best! If she recommends a vendor (or anything really), you won't be disappointed. Not only that, but her response time is so quick. She's a 24/7 open line of communication. She honestly should charge more. She's worth triple what she charges. My wedding day was honestly so perfect thanks to Erin. I didn't have any stress!
I get so incredibly overwhelmed with the amount of choices out there. The internet is a vast ocean of endless choices. How do you sift through vendors and find the right people to help you?? Erin. That's how. Ask Erin. She knows all the right people and all the right places and all the right things. She narrows that endless ocean of options down to a handful of the best most relevant options.
My guests were all SO impressed. Many of them told me how amazingly smooth everything went. They said it was such an amazing wedding. Specifically, they complimented Erin and noticed how she went above and beyond. One of the groomsmen said it was THE smoothest and most well run wedding he has ever been to and he has been to many.
