    Events by Erin can help you with all of your wedding, party and event needs! I am based in Eugene, Springfield and surrounding areas in Oregon. I travel throughout the state for events, and I can travel for your destination weddings too!

    When we work together to plan your wedding, I enjoy getting to know you as a couple and what your wedding means to you. I love the collaboration with awesome vendors from all over Oregon (and beyond). It makes me feel good to see you chatting with guests, having fun and being silly, smiling for photos, laughing with your friends, and hugging your loved ones. It's a long day, but the challenge of getting a wedding from paper and notes, to real life and real love is an incredible high for me! Everyone loves love.

    Parties

    Ready to party, but not sure where to start? That's where I come in! I know about planning a party - whether it's a bridal or baby shower, birthday party, anniversary party, retirement party, or any other excuse to party! Party planning can be time-consuming and fatiguing with decisions, but they are supposed to be fun, so ditch the stress and let me help!

    Together, we will design a custom theme, find the perfect venue, coordinate entertainment, handle catering and bar services and help with the guest list. I can assist with decor as well! I want your party to be fun and successful!

    Prices are based on services requested.

    Corporate Events

    For corporate, employee and fundraiser events, I tailor each event based on the client's needs and budget. I am ready to tackle small events from 50 to 100 people all the way up to 500 people!

    I want you to pass on your details and requests to me, allowing me to brainstorm, research and present to you what you are looking for.

    For these events, I can work with your planning team, support the design and vision of the event, manage vendor sourcing, work with volunteers, assist on setup and cleanup, and provide various support during the event itself.

    We hired Erin as our wedding coordinator and we could not have been happier! Erin was on top of the ball every step of the way and was eager to jump in to help when we ran into issues with certain vendors. On the day of, Erin was our go-to person for anything we needed and constantly made sure we were taken care of. From last minute hair adjustments, to making sure we both had food amidst all of the craziness, we were able to rely on her for anything!     Your Vision

    First, you talk, I listen. I prefer to meet in person, in my base location of Eugene, Oregon. But I also love doing video chats if you’re not close! I’ve done this with many clients. You tell me where you’re at with planning, what’s troubling you, what you need help with, and what you are looking for from me.

    Your Trusted Partner

    After we connect, we decide would be best for your needs and your budget. For weddings, that's one of my packages, but I have other services and add-ons available, too! I'll send over a contract, and once that's signed, you'll pay a retainer that reserves your date on my calendar. Then we’re ready to roll with whatever you want to work on next!

    Your Stress-Free Event

    Throughout our relationship, you can contact me however you want. I can help with making decisions, including finding vendors, giving advice on how to deal with family members or guests, communicate with vendors you've hired, and a timeline of the event to keep everything straight.

     

    I can also handle searching for the right decor, designing printed materials for your event and DIYing things,
