It begins with a passion.
A passion for helping people, and crafting memorable weddings and events. Being a wedding planner and an event coordinator is more than just organizing schedules and coordinating vendors; it's about listening to what truly matters to each client, understanding how they see their event, and bringing it into reality. It's about staying calm under pressure, solving problems creatively, and making sure the big day runs smoothly. It's a passion that drives the late nights, the attention to detail, and the joy of seeing your wedding or event be a success.
Let's work together.
From the moment we connect, you'll feel like you're engaging with a trusted friend who is approachable, always ready with a friendly smile, has a willingness to listen, and who is on your side.
Get ready for a planning journey where warmth meets passion and experience, and where professionalism is infused with a personal touch – it's an experience that will leave you with an incredible wedding or event!
I'm Erin, a wedding planner and event coordinator in Oregon, and beyond.
"WOW! Finding words to express my gratitude for your amazing talent is difficult.
Honestly I, or WE, couldn’t have pulled off our wedding without you. You responded quickly when questions had been asked, you provided wonderful recommendations and your assistance with tasks, rehearsal, as well as the wedding….you were a Rock Star!
I’m so thankful that we made the choice to contact you. You made the entire process stress free.
Thank you again for EVERYTHING!"

Let's Talk Process
1Your Vision
First, you talk, I listen. I prefer to meet in person, in my base location of Eugene, Oregon. But I also love doing video chats if you’re not close! You tell me where you’re at with planning, what’s troubling you, what you need help with, and what you are looking for from me.
2Your Trusted Partner
After we connect, we decide would be best for your needs and your budget. For weddings, that's one of my packages, but I have other services and add-ons available, too! I'll send over our contract and an invoice, and once we sign, you'll pay a retainer that reserves your date on my calendar. Then we’re ready to roll with whatever you want to work on next!
3Your Worry-Free Event
Throughout our journey, you can contact me however you want. I can help with making decisions, including finding and communicating with vendors, giving advice, searching and pricing decor, designing printed materials, and creating a timeline of the day to keep everything straight.
The best relationship between you and I is when you know what you want, and you trust that I can take that vision and make it a reality. More than anything, you’re going to find yourself with less stress, less overwhelm and less worry, because you have guidance and support from me.
I'm going to tell you what truly matters for your big day (p.s. it's not the decor or the dessert or the outfits), and I'm going to encourage you to go with what matters to you, whether it's long toasts from your dear friends, to wildflowers everywhere you look, to spending a ton of money on your favorite food, or going with a professional DJ to keep you dancing all night long.
I'm going to encourage you to go talk to your guests, eat the food you've paid for, sit down and enjoy the reception or program, and thank your people.
This isn't my wedding or event - it's yours!
And I just really want to see you happy at the end of the day.
I have really always loved event planning. In my years of experience, I've learned you need an extremely organized planner who pays attention to detail, has an eye for what matters, and who loves helping people. Having these skills in a planner elevates your wedding planning and event planning into an experience that dials down your perfectionism, allows you to focus on the present moment with your new spouse and your guests, and gives you a calmness that is much needed during a wedding or event day.
My home base is Eugene, Oregon, but I am more than willing to travel! I have done weddings around the state of Oregon. I would love to move into the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas for more weddings and events! And since I'm a travel junkie, doing a destination or international wedding would be incredible!
"Erin was very punctual, kept me on track, and when she didn’t hear from me for a while because her email got lost in all my other wedding emails, she made sure to send a follow-up email. She made sure to have the contact info to all my vendors so I didn’t have to deal with any of the day-of communication, which was the most helpful!"
